From the city, the stations or any address
We depart from Turin and its province to all the north-west hubs, and also cover airport-station links (Porta Nuova and Porta Susa). The fleet ranges from Mercedes sedans to 8-seat vans for families and groups with plenty of luggage.
The price is fixed and confirmed at booking: tolls and luggage included, payment on arrival directly to the driver. For departures we work out the recommended pickup time from your flight's check-in.
Caselle to the centre: what the alternatives cost
From Turin Airport to the centre you have the Torino-Ceres train (3.70 euro, about 30 minutes to Porta Susa), the station buses (from about 4 to 7.50 euro, 30-45 minutes) and the municipal fixed-fare taxi (40 euro to the centre). The private transfer adds what the others lack: a booking with a fixed per-vehicle price, a name sign in arrivals and door-to-door to your address. What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, the driver will automatically adjust the pickup time. There is no need to contact us , the flight monitoring service is included free of charge.
Do you cover all airports in the area?
Yes. We cover Turin Caselle, Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate and Bergamo Orio al Serio airports. For each airport we offer real-time flight monitoring and meet & greet in the arrivals area.
How do I recognize my driver?
Your driver will wait for you with a sign showing your name. For airport pickups, the driver will be in the arrivals area. You will also receive the driver's name and phone number by email before the transfer.
I need a last-minute transfer for today or tomorrow , is it possible?

How much luggage can I bring?
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase and one carry-on bag. If you have extra luggage, ski equipment or sports gear, indicate it in the notes during booking and we will arrange the right vehicle.
Are the prices fixed?
Yes. The price you see when booking is the final price. There are no hidden costs, traffic surcharges or surprise fees. The price includes the vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls and luggage assistance.
